Worked as a wired and wireless communications engineer at a major domestic telecommunications carrier, engaged in the planning, design, construction, and operation of carrier networks. Hideyuki then moved to another major telecommunications carrier, participated in a new entry project for mobile communications, and gained experience in business planning and business launching. Later, he engaged in network improvement and next-generation technology verification projects together with the acquisition of a major overseas telecommunications carrier.

Subsequently, he joined an international patent firm, where he worked as a patent engineer on the drafting of patent specifications for next-generation communication technologies for a domestic electronics manufacturer. He then worked at a major international telecommunications equipment vendor, where he was involved in business development for domestic telecommunications operators and B2B markets. In 2016, he established our company.

Received his master’s degree in information engineering at Faculty of Engineering, University of Tokyo in 1983 and then worked on switch development at NEC Corporation and contributed to standardization of ITU-T and TTC. Later, Masao served as a technical manager for the KDDI LTE commercialization project at Motorola Inc. (now Nokia). Furthermore, he served as Executive Officer and Technical Director of the Network Division at Samsung Electronics Japan, CTO and CSO at Huawei Japan, and Director and Chief Technology Officer at NH Research Institute. Masao became Technical Advisor at HOX Holdings in July 2024 and is scheduled to be appointed as Director of Hand Off Solutions in December 2024.

After graduating from university, Tetsuya was involved in a wide range of tasks from construction to operation of mobile communications businesses at a major telecommunications carrier. From 2016, he served as a department head being responsible for launching new businesses and overseeing business development. In 2021, he joined a foreign-affiliated project management company as a division head, leading the mobile communications business division. In May 2024, he was appointed Representative Director of Vibur.
